Triple backup technology
We use our own triple-backup technology which basically means that your data is being replicated in several ways to make sure we can recover all of it in case of any disaster beyond our control.
State of the art datacenter
Our servers are located in a state-of-the-art data center with several back-end Internet providers, air-conditioning, restricted access and in a non-seismic area. Regular security audits are a standard here.
Daily off-site backup
Apart from a local daily backup in our data-center, we do an hourly off-site backup of our databases to two different servers in the world. This way we can always rest assured that the data can be easily recovered.
Limited access to data
Only our CTO and a dedicated developer have access to customer data if need be. We regularly do audit checks and make sure the access is as limited as possible. We don't look at your data unless you ask us to.
Connection with Nozbe apps is always encrypted
All of the connections to our servers are encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption. Even free accounts enjoy full encryption. It doesn't matter if you are using your laptop or mobile phone through a public wi-fi hot spot or a mobile network. You are always safe.
PCI compliant
Our servers are PCI - compliant and we are running PCI-compliance audits every three months on our servers. There the same audits that online banking servers are going through. We are that serious about your data.
We don't keep your credit card numbers
Even with all this security we prefer not to keep your credit card numbers - we just store unique ID of your credit card to be able to charge your recurring fee for your convenience. The banking institution we work with keeps this data. It's safer this way.
