When you start the app
"Nozbe - Get it Done!"
Once you’ve downloaded the app, you will be welcomed by a nice screen asking you whether you are a current Nozbe user and would like to sync or you’re just a new guy to Nozbe and want to start right away using the app.
In the latter case, you’ll be able to start using Nozbe right away without project or context limits just like Nozbe.com Personal account.

The screen has a main menu for easy iPhone-style navigation and the bottom menu for both navigation and adding stuff.

The bottom menu has five icons for quickly navigating back to home and next actions, for syncing and two buttons for quickly adding actions, notes, projects or contexts.
Adding Stuff
to Nozbe on the iPhone
"Power Add Button" gives you a possibility to choose what you want to add to your Nozbe (action, note, project, context)
The second one, the "Quick Add Button" is an intelligent button, because normally you can quickly add an action with it... but it changes its behavior depending where you are.
If you are in the "projects" section, tap on this button to create a project. If you’re in a "contexts" section... yes, you guessed it – it prompts an "add a context" form.
Your Files
in your pocket
The new iPhone app supports files stored in your projects. If you're on the move and want to check that Powerpoint presentation or see the Word document your colleague attached to the project you're working on - now it's all in your pocket!
With the iPhone built-in file viewer, you can check most of the documents right at the moment you need them. PDF files, Word documents, Images... and many more are viewable right away!
Share Projects
and Delegate Tasks
The new iPhone app has been designed to help you work collaboratively on the move. Quickly share projects with your colleagues and delegate actions to your peers with few simple taps!
The new app syncs everything. Also your shared projects and delegated tasks. You can also invite someone who doesn't have a Nozbe account by sending them an email right from the app.

The new iPhone app supports adding comments to actions. Now you can discuss tasks with your peers to work even more efficiently!
The horizontal editor helps you add comments or edit tasks easier. Thumb-typing on the iPhone makes adding content a bliss!
