Need help Understanding Nozbe Methodology

One of the core concepts of Davd Allens GTD system is a mind dump which he calls “stuff” in his book. You write down (or type) everything on your mind, all your ideas, goals, todo’s etc…You then process these into “Actionable” (Can it be done in 2 minutes) or “Not Actionable” delegate or someday/maybe.

You also set goals that he defines in thousands of feet e.g. 50,000 The big picture (Long term), 40,000 Three to five years, 30K, 20K, and then short term.

I’m trying to understand how to do the mind dump and subsequent action/non action with Nozbe and how to set the goals as I don’t see either option. When you log in for the first time there’s a button to create a project which seems to be counter intuitive to what the point of David Allen’s system is supposed to be, which is to empty your mind of all the clutter.

Also I would like to know if you offer refunds on the iPad app in case I don’t feel that it’s what I’m looking for. $15 is a lot to spend on an app your not sure about.

Thanks:)
