Accidental deleted project

I created a inbox to drop things in that needed to be organized and managed to delete it on my i phone. So I thought I outsmart the computer before is syns and I moved them into a new folder….. but it did not work….. all my in box items are gone. Is there a way to ‘undelete’ on my i phone or computer?
