Can't find Comments on iPhone

I have an action called “home depot” under my “errands” project. I keep my shopping list in there.

When I got to Home Depot I opened up the task but there was no way to see the comments… my shopping list.

And now that I look around at my other tasks from my iPhone, I don’t see ANY of them having a way to show my comments?!
