Please consider adding Yahoo! Calendar support. The advantage with Yahoo is that it supports CalDav, unlike Google, and it allows you to write back and forth.

So for Example I can’t write actions with #PROJECT_NAME @CONTEXT_NAME back into Nozbe from iCal. I can do it from Gmail, but not iCal. Primary reason is Gmail doesn’t allow you to use existing calendar and it requires Nozbe to create a new calendar. The new Nozbe calendar doesn’t show up in iCal, because it’s not default. There is no way to change Nozbe calendar to default (I tried tricking it and renaming a Google Calendar to “Nozbe” but Nozbe refused to sync with it).

So the only way to get Nozbe calendar from Google on the iPhone is through “shared calendar”. However this option doesn’t allow writing events from iCal back to Google, as I already mentioned (or am I missing something?)

I believe Yahoo calendar has more flexibility in that aspect.

Forgot to mention, similarly, I can’t delete Nozbe Gmail events within iCal.

Hello,

Thank you for that post on how to make them editable. I’m sure it will help others.

As for the Yahoo!Cal I will add it to the list. For now we only have a Yahoo! gadget.
