I purchased a group version of Nozbe because short of installing an exchange server in my office, this appears to be the best way of managing groups of workers that I have been able to find. In any case, and I understand that this might not be in-line with GTD methodology, I would like to see a summary page that shows me all open tasks as well as notes and any other information without having to open each one individually (obviously having the ability to filter this list). The next item would be to have status markers for each task the workers can update so I can see how they are progressing (e.g 10% completed, 20% completed…). Then I can see where everyone is with each task at a glance. Thanks.
