waiting for managment

when setting a task as @waiting for

we should have the ability to attatch a digital sticker that is visible when we are looking at the task it self

but disapeers upon hovering over the task.

this way we could create a digital sticker listing what exactly we are waiting for.

as clarifying what we are waiting for and have a note of it attached on top of the task would nudge us to be aware and on the out look for those items we are waiting on – and give us more peace of mind knowing what we are waiting on.
