roject List View needs to display projects without actions

Even if a project doesn’t have any tasks in it, that doesn’t mean there isn’t more to do! The project list is intended as a reminder of outstanding projects so you can identify the next action to move it forward. During a weekly review, this is critical and if these projects aren’t displayed in the project list view (without any actions listed) then these projects may be forgotten.

A big +1 on this. I just got caught on this because I did not realize it. Projects should remain on the Review Projects and Actions list until they are marked completed.

A further thought on this. Having a way to show all projects without incomplete next actions would be very helpful. Like the link to show all actions without contexts.
