I am a BRAND new Nozbe user, and I would really appreciate someone giving me some possible insights into why projects that I enter into my Nozbe App on my iPad (or iPhone) do not appear to be uploading to the Nozbe.com site upon my clicking on the sync button. After clicking sync it shows a horizontal bar that states that it’s syncing to the server, and then it appears to be done.
I’ve tried the process several times and I am pretty stumped
on why my attempts to get info that I enter into Nozbe on my iPad do not show up online. I’d sure appreciate anybody’s
helpful suggestions on what the problem may be.

Hello John,
The problem here is that server has the priority over the application. If you had opened your account via the application.. this would not occur.. as your data would simply be copied onto on-line. If you disregard the apps and just open the online… unfrotuantely… you will have either the option to close the online account and open new one using the application or transfer your apps data manually to the on-line and only then synchronize. (please note the option to ‘add multiple actions at once’ that might help you in such unpleasant situation).
Unfortunately no solution from me, I have encI have THE following problem. Installed Nozby on my Ipad and have accessed my nozby account over the web on my pc and they seem to be two different environments as in that they do not sync? Where do I go wrong?
