IM (Jabber/XMPP) notifications

Hi I just started to use Nozbe for my whole team working on the Tigase project. It is really cool but I really miss notifications about events. E-mail notifications would be ok but even more cool would instant notifications.
Let me know if need any help with this, I could give you a hand with integration with XMPP service.
