integration with contacts- leveraging intuitive decision making

we all go through out phone contact list sometimes randomly

two ways to make us more productive when doing this

integrate with our contacts first – so when we need to call – “james’ you can connect to james in our contact list

then – in our smart phones contact list – find a way to do two things.

first) any body we need to call – highlight their name and put put it at the top of our contacts list so we see these at the top when ever we open our contacts list.

then keep the actual contacts where they are in the contacts list, but highlight them within the normal contact list – so when we skim through it, we see their name highlighted indicating we need to call them about something.

then make sure the contact can be connected back to the task we need to complete with them without disrupting our UI.

then when we click on their name to call them – we can see the task we needed to call them about and take care of it.

this also works for chat for example in gmail or google talk or aim or fb chat.

highlight the names of people we need to talk with/communicate with in our chat list and freinds list.
