Search function - on web and on device

I know search has been covered and requested before, but this is a slightly different ‘take’.

I found recently that the web search does not include completed projects or the files and notes associated with them. This is a bit of a pain as sometimes notes that were taken for a particular project turn out to have later relevance to something else.

At the moment there’s no other alternative but to slog through all the old stuff looking for that elusive note. Or, before completing projects to move all the notes to a ‘notes’ project.

Also, it would be most useful to have any kind of search available on the phone version.
