Project List Not Showing Up

If this is a newbie question I apologise. I have just downloaded Nozbe for ipad, iphone and signed up for a family account. When I go online all my projects flash up for a second or so and then it only shows 5 of my projects that are labelled the same and I can’t seem to get the list back of all of them. This is frustrating the hell out of me. What am I doing wrong? I’ve tried different browsers and mac and pc and it’s the same. Thanks (was loving it until I hit this wall).
