Has Anyone Else Had Their Account Reset?

I logged in a while ago and my account was configured as though I had just signed up for nozbe. All the “Create your first project” sorts of messages were on the screen. None of the work I’d actually done was there. Any ideas?

Chris,

As I have replied to your email. The problem I see is that you have more then one account. None of them has pin or nickname set and that you are accessing one of the free accounts instead of your paid account.
