Smart Add Feature

This is a feature that RTM has down AMAZINGLY WELL and I would love to see Nozbe incorporate the same functionality as it keeps us organized and prevents us from having to switch back and forth as much.

the little grey question mark could simply sit inside the text box when we click “add a new task”

+1 …To have all of these available to use when emailing tasks to Nozbe would be great too, especially due date (currently use the context and project all of the time).

I read a few reviews of nozbe and other task systems – and they actually gave RTM a better rating because there was less work one needed to do inorder to manage it compared to nozbe.

This is kinda odd as RTM and Nozbe have similar hierarchy – its just that nozbe calls it projects, lables, Contexts Time due dates etc where as RTM simply calls them tags and technically can have many more details added to a task that one might think would complicate RTM’s use.

Why dosent it complicate it – because adding tasks and organizing them in RTM does not feel like aditional work because of the “SMART ADD” feature they added that prompts the mind and allows people to add tasks lighting fast without having to remember all the commands for how to enter things. – It allows us to complete both the task input and the organizing stage for a task in one single thought.

Doing things in a single though – is one thing certainly in the spirit of “SIMPLY Getting things done”
