Deleted stars keep coming back

Hi, When I first started using Nozbe, I starred everything. Now I remove the star, and it just keeps coming back. Is this a known bug?

I thought that perhaps the cause of this was having Nozbe open in two windows, and closing the “unstarred” one first. Thus saving the older version on top of the new version.

This is not the case. I very carefully removed the stars, paid attention and closed Nozbe.

The stars are all back today.

Just a note, tech support is working on this. I was able to delete the stars in Firefox 4.0 beta, then go back to Firefox 3.6.12 and the stars were gone.

I am going to use the stars in a more focused fashion.

Thank you for posting updates here. Yes the tech is looking into this. The issue does not seem to occur on the newest versions of browsers.

Whoa! Here’s what I got from support:

“Our tech has checked on your account. They have discovered that all those starred actions you mention are overdue. Per default all overdue actions end up as starred no matter how often you un-star them . . .”

They were SO right. I dated and starred everything when I first started using Nozbe. Now I have undated or changed the dates, now I can take the stars off. Thanks Nozbe!
