Labels (areas of responsibility) for tasks

Hello,
in my day-to-day work I have lot of single tasks, that are not related to any project. Unfortunately all Nozbe’s GTD is build on project basis. To resolve this I’ve created project named ToDoo’s. When I am processing my Inbox I put there single one-step actions.
The problem is, when I try to focus on ONE activity while processing my ToDoo’s “project”. There is no way to filter them by my job/private/other areas of responsibility. Please, add feature to assign labels to tasks, not only to projects.
Any workarounds will be appreciated if other productive Nozbe users faced the same problem.

I don’t know if this will help you, but what I’ve done is to set up projects as “single actions home”, “single actions work”, “single actions x project” etc then I can assign labels to these as required. I hope this helps.

Hello Horn3t,

I would suggest using contexts in case of actions. Please remember that you can have many contexts on one task and as such allow for much flexibility in interpretation. In fact I do use them this way also. My 1st context is usually the responsible person, only the following ones are set to describe places. tools or moods.

Hope this helps.
