I recently purchased the team account and one of the people I invited to be on my team cannot login. Even after doing the password reset and getting a new password the login page still says invalid email or password.

If you have this issue please email to tech. Each case is considered separately as there are many reasons why this may fail. Including internal settings of corporate systems. That’s why there is no official fix posted.
