Desktop Install

Hi,
I’ve sent this to tech support @Nozbe but was wondering if any of you have had this problem and if there are any solutions.

Not sure why this is happening and hope you can help. After I install the desktop version of Nozbe which is the newest beta version. I get this message every time I try and open the app.

“Do you want to allow the following program from an unknown publisher to make changes to this computer”

In the detail box below the message it says:

Publisher Name: Nozbe
Publisher: (this space is blank)
File Origin: Hard drive on this computer

I’m using windows7 64bit

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Ellen

I have not seen that, but tonight it will not start.

Thanks Michael. If I click yes it will continue to the program but it seems like an extra step.

I have not yet heard any feedback from our technicians on this matter, but we are having a team meeting this evening and I will try to ask them about that. It might be something of the Win7… I did not have it on Vista.

In my case the window was opening off screen. Not sure how that happened, but easily fixed once I realized what it was.

Ellen I have consulted on this matter. It is a question of personal security settings on Windows. It is safe, just as I have stated in the email, to simply click and continue. To avoid it popping up they suggest you add Nozbe Desktop to exception in your firewall setting. This should help.

Thanks delfina. I’ll give that a try.
