assign tasks before teammate accepts project

It’s inconvenient not to be able to set up an entire project in Nozbe until all users accept the assignment. Consistent with GTD principles, it’s more efficient to handle a task as few times as necessary. Please eliminate this extra step. Allow users to see a list of tasks/projects assigned that haven’t been accepted, but allow tasks to be assigned at the time the project is added.
