RSS Feeds from Nozbe - how does it work

Hi, i am experimenting with RSS feeds from Nozbe (this would be an alternative for having an email with next actions sent to my mailbox) – but i cannot quit figure out how it works. I copied the RSS link from my “Next actions” and put in in my Outlook 2007 client (or Google Reader) – i would assume then that – every time i add/change/delete an item to my Next action list – that i would receive a new update in my RSS reader (Outlook or Google), but this appears not to work.
Is someone using this feature. Can you explain how it is supposed to work and how you are using it…)
