I’m trying to get to the bottom of my “in box” (which is my entire office). While I was in the Next Actions screen, I accidentally clicked on the “completed” checkmark and can’t remember what the task was (and it disappeared from my screen since it’s “completed”).
Is there a way to “undo” when you click on the wrong thing? I see you can pull up completed tasks, but how about completed Next Actions? It’s not the first time I’ve done this, and I’m guessing other people do it, too.
And while I’m asking, is there a way to see all actions, not just Next Actions.
Thanks for any help.
Judith
P.S. I searched under “retrieve,” “undo,” and “error,” and got no results for any of those terms.
Comments:
Did you try clicking on the completed actions button in the Inbox section and then click to uncheck the check mark. That seems to work for me. As for the next actions they should be listed under the completed projects list. Hope that helps.

What Ellen says is one of the simplest solutions. Another is emailing support, but it may take several days before the tech finds out which action it was… in the end they do not know your account as good as you do.
its would be nice if there was a quick undo button that would pop up. – or if at least it took 5 -10 seconds for a project to disapeer or a task to disapeer. allowing us to undo it.
Also one more thing. If you clicked on “complete’ that action should be visible in grayed out at the bottom of given list. There you can simply un-check it and have it back in active. Provided of course we are speaking of something you have completed within given day.
Nobody knows? Dang.
