Project/actions - corruption chaos?

Anyway else having problems with their account, mine seems to be trashed, quite frankly. Actions appear to have been renamed, multiple copies have appeared, notes have been attached to completely unrelated actions.

For example I have an action “tape gear control” – which was to remind me to put some plastic tape over my damaged bicyle gear control on the handlebar. It didn’t have a note attached.

There are now nine copies (according to nozbe search)! Six of them have attached notes – all from other, different projects/actions, all completely unrelated.

Nozbe is now unusable, and as I use Nozbe to manage every aspect of my life, I really need to get this resolved quickly.

I’d be grateful for any comments that would help me restore my account so that I can correct the corruption that appears to have happened.

I have similar problems now.. I’ve been using Nozbe on iPhone in Japan. Since yesterday, some actions have been replicated and replaced some others… so now I can’t see what to do for my projects from now on…. Hope the Nozbe team could give me any feedback soon..!

I have the same problem. Corruption is definitely on the Nozbe end, as I checked this on two different computers. Hopefully, they can restore from a back up or something. Otherwise, they will have hose me. ;-(

Afraid to lose my actions :S For me it seems that it is more likely to happen with new task or task having a due-date today(or have a date element)

Same problem to me. Many actions were renamed. I’m a new member and wondering whether Nozbe is trustworthy.

I’m sorry of this. To be honest it has destabilized my own schedule today.. so I know how you all feel.

The tech has been working on this since early morning. They ask now all users to check on their accounts. It theoretically, ought to be all ok now. Please do let us know at support@nozbe.com.

My account has regressed to yesterday with none of the updates from the last 24 hours captured – anyone else have this?

Same as above. Furthermore, I find the “Next action” list does not match the “project” list. Some actions are marked as “next” in the project view but not show in the“next” list.

I still have the same duplicates as this morning. But adding task seems to work, without creating duplicates

I’m having the same type of problems, although mine doesn’t seem quite as bad as some of yours. I have duplications and my Calendar doesn’t seem to be syncing with google completely. Some events are missing.

Forgive me for posting this on the forum but I am not getting any response to my emails to you. I was promised that the restoration of my account would take “an hour or so” but have heard no more despite several requests for an update. I cannot work without Nozbe – can you please let me know what is going on?

Might I suggest something based on pure speculation? Michael must be pulling his hair out right now scrambling to correct these issues. I am sympathetic. You are a small company, and while Michael needs to be working on correcting this problem, communication here and now is mission critical. Hourly or more updates regarding this situation might save you some customers. Updates help, even if just to say, we’re working on it. Silence only hurts. People will still get angry, but they’ll be less angry. That matters.

You could also direct people to Michael’s blog which would be the best place for frequent updates. If this is an issue that is only effecting a portion of your users then you should email them all, right now, and let them know what is happening and how to get status updates on the repair.

For what it is worth I do not seem to be affected, for which I am both grateful and nervous. I would like to see some status on this. Either a blog post, or some one at Nozbe start a topic on this subject with status updates.

i had a bunch of glitches last night while showing the owner how to use the program to get his approval for purchasing it…not good timing…
