I am trying out the free version before deciding whether to upgrade.
The login page says: “For your safety you will be logged in using Secure HTTPS (SSL) connection.”
But no padlock or temporary https comes up on my browser when I login.
So is the login really secure? I use Google Chrome as my browser.
Comments:
my login from Chrome says that https is not active. The https: is crossed out and I need up on a new account page. I can see my data but the center column is always displaying the intial new user training. Suspecting my bookmark I hand typed in www.nozbe.com and got the same result on a new Chrome session and a new login to nozbe.
https://secure.nozbe.com/nozbe/account/new
this is the URL I see but the https is in red and has a slash thru it. Any ideas?
If I type in by hand https://www.nozbe.com, I get the following dir warning from Chrome:
This is probably not the site you are looking for!
You attempted to reach www.nozbe.com, but instead you actually reached a server identifying itself as secure.nozbe.com. This may be caused by a misconfiguration on the server or by something more serious. An attacker on your network could be trying to get you to visit a fake (and potentially harmful) version of www.nozbe.com. You should not proceed.
I have the same experience with Chrome. Any ideas as to why this is the case?
secure.nozbe.com is a site you get auto redirected to upon login in. It is the protected/secured and encrypted area of Nozbe.
Please note that once you are inside Nozbe you are constantly at secure.nozbe.com/....
Delfina,
Yes and this used to work fine. Now I get the dire warings above, this is a new behavior when bringing nozbe up on my system.
