More context icons

I have a lot of contexts. All the usual ones based on location, but also a lot of agenda contexts, one for each person I deal with. The icon list is short enough that I am both running out and using some really arbitrary icons for people. A nice addition would be either more standard icons, or allow me to add my own.

This is already on our to-do list. We plan either to have more icons or allow for custom.

+1 for custom icons. I often use contexts for people, and currently either have to use the same icon (pointless) or arbitrary icons (weird)

Any news on this? I’m super happy to create custom icons, then I can have one for excel,filemaker and photoshop. But I’ll take whatever I can get if that will make it happen faster…

I hear that 1st changes will be implemented in the Desktops, but I do not have any deadline for them or know what precisely is to be expected.

Of what I know things are going to go a bit differently. For those of you who started using the new desktop, this won’t be a news. The tech teams actually limited number of icons to 15 most commonly used, and added 2 variations of each of them in result giving 45 avaliable options. I strongly encourage those of you for whom this feature is very important to take a look at the desktop versions and state your opinion about this matter.
