In our team projects, we delegate actions on Nozbe. We’ve just started using the time section for actions. We’d like to be able to use this time as a measure of how busy each team member is; unfortunately, the time is only added up for a whole project.
What we’d like to see is total hours separated by person:
This will help us in deciding who to assign tasks to, and to give us an idea of the impact that say a person taking a sick day, or a new project coming in has. It also would show who has the most responsibility for task completion in a given project, or if anyone is overloaded. Thanks for thinking about this, it would really help our team!
