Nozbe needs to deal with over due tasks that we unstar better.
as we want them to disapeer and sometimes we dont want to delete them – and others when they do – they should be providing a quicker – one click way to deal with removing tasks the same way as we deal with marking NA’s with a star.
but at the least – when i unstar an OVER DUE NA – please have the task go back to its project not to be brought back until I review it.
WOuld also be great if we can batch edit our NA list this way to by selecting a bunch of tasks.
I would just love it, as this would improve workflow and allow us to focus on what really matters in nozbe.
Comments:
yes, i expect due and overdue tasks to be NA by default
what i want is the ability to unstar them so that they are not on the next action list any more – or to right click to remove them,
this way i can get rid of them with a simple click and deal with them later – as sometimes i realized it just dosent have to be done when i set it to be.
also – the ability to click on the date icon and change that would be useful as that way we can click on what is infront of us – something that guides our thinking more.
hmmm… I don’t see overdue and due today tasks in my next action list if I unstar them. I don’t see them appear in next action list at all unless I star them manually, same as any regular task. Hmmm maybe it is because I’ve just moved from Remember the milk and I’ve been adding tasks that are due today or overdue already. In remember the milk I setup my next action lists in such a way so that due today and overdue task would automatically appear as next actions so it is good to know that Nozbe naturally does this as well, however it seems it doesn’t work correctly for me for some reason then.
I want to note that if a task is already overdue – we should be able to unstar it to have it not show up.
This follows the logic of giving us the ability to drill down and clear out everything but whats actually important
Overdue per definition get marked as NA. This is to force us to complete them.
As for the remaining parts of your post, we’ll take a look at it.
