New user - note on repeating tasks

Just signed up for the family plan, we are two business partners that have separate duties in our photo studio. Our hope is to not only stay on top of tasks and projects, but also to give the other person a road map for those repeating tasks that other person does not do – kind of an operations manual of sorts for doing tasks.

Our personalities are such that we each tend to work on stuff separately, so our hope is this will help with communication and collaboration.

I am the one that does all of the bookkeeping, so my first task is to list my bookkeeping tasks, with the how to do them in the notes. We run payroll on the 3rd and the 18th of the month, it would be great if one payroll task could be repeated in this way. We also pay sales tax once a quarter, it would be great if a quarter was available (or type in three and select months) ... right now I have two sales tax due tasks each set for repeat every half a year.

I also shopped Toodledo and GQueues (and many others, but those were the finalists). We chose Nozbe, along with the softwares capabilities, because my take on Nozbe is that the company has the restraint to only add features when it can be done in a way that continues to feel easy. I have huge respect for that discipline and perspective among such a loud clamoring for every feature that could be added.
