If I delete a note in Evernote and then sync the note doesn’t get removed from Nozbe and there is no way to remove it after the fact.
Comments:
Related Bug: Tagged some EverNotes with a Project Name and imported them into Nozbe. Later, changed this project’s name. Then changed the associated EverNote tagname to precisely match the revised ProjectName. After which, the EverNotes which had formerly imported into the related Nozbe project NO LONGER would do so. If “new” notes are tagged, they will properly import — but not those notes whose project-tag was revised to match a change in ProjectName.
thx for reporting. I will get tech-team to look into this.
Hi,
This issue has been fixed. Can you please check on it and let me know if all is fine now. Thank you
Delfina: As of 12/9/09 @ 4:35pm New York time, the issue seems resolved. Haven’t had the chance to thoroughly test though, so check back in a couple of days and see if we flag this issue again. Thanks very much!
Hi Luis,
All fine???
Should be… but checking up
Just tested original reported issue(sorry for delay) and it seems to be working properly now. Thx!
Have been testing the evernote/nozbe integration and am still experiencing the original problem posted above. Also, under some circumstances that I can’t reproduce exactly, I get duplicate notes in Evernote (seems to happen when moving evernote notes between projects in Nozbe – a second note is created in evernote: one has the old tag, the other the new one.
Hello Lucas,
Please send us an email to questions@nozbe.com. I will get techteam to check on it. Please include an example or two of the duplicated notes.
Problem I am having is that when I delete notes in evernote that are tagged with project name in nozbe and showing up as link in nozbe, the note is removed from evernote but stays even though deleted in evernote in project within nozbe – weird…
Hello – I cannot get my evernote notes to link into nozbe at all. I have authorized nobe to access my evernote account properly, but it just isn’t picking up any notes at all. And, in fact, there are many that are tagged as relevant to my projects.
Aha – scrub that, I’ve worked out how to do it. It appeared from the video that you needed a word from the title to be a tag but clearly in fact you need the entire title to be a tag. OK. I can sort that. Thanks.
Hi,
How can I delete an evernote that I added to my Nozbe project?
Hello Mark,
Generally you need to remove if from your EN. We are working on making the EN integration wider and allowing for more then just viewing.
+1 here
