Nozbe Single User (SOLO) Plan

Just a last quick message from a soon to be gone customer. I like Nozbe which is why I revisit the difficult forums regularly. I take on board Michael’s comments that storage is cheap. I presume contexts are cheap too. And projects?

How about a plan with a combination of 50 (maybe 100) projects / contexts with no file storage. No collaboration features. So just a single person GTD. I’m not going to be crude enough to put a cost on that but perhaps something like the Solo plan that I signed up to in June 2009, which cost me 71 euros (including the dreaded VAT) for 2 years?

That would meet my requirements now rather than 180 euros + VAT for the ‘NEW” personal plan that I personally don’t need (and never asked for). You could call it the ‘OLD SOLO” plan if that helps.

Forgive the sarcasm, because underlying it there is a final constructive comment about pricing. I have got used to Nozbe and that counts for a lot. But the alternatives under consideration at the moment work out at around 25% of the cost. I would actually struggle to find an alternative for a single user that wasnt considerably cheaper than Nozbe.

I hate sounding like a troll but it happens to the best of us sometimes.

So I’ll try to rectify any negative sentiments by wishing Nozbe all the best in the future.

Hello John,

Please none is forcing you to change to the new plans. The old customers are more then welcome to continue on their old plans… and many do.

I really do not follow where you get 180 Euros + Vat idea. It is 89.95 Euro/year and it includes Vat for the Personal plan.

Thus I do not really understand why I see so much ‘hurt and frustration’ in your words.

If for some reason your account is not scheduled for auto-renewal you can simply write us at support@nozbe.com and we’ll assist you in continuing on your old plan.

Thanks Delfina. I did email some time ago regards the new plan, so perhaps I misunderstood your response. I cant see anything in my account which mentions auto-renewal. However if I can remain on my existing plan with the same cost as previous then that is fantastic and I apologise if my post has mislead anybody. I will email support.
