Nozbe and GoodReader

Are there any plans to allow links between Nozbe and GoodReader? I have a VP in our company that spends a great deal of time on airplanes, and had previously used a “ToDo” product from another company that would allow him, while offline in a plane, to open a PDF attachment from his email into GoodReader, make notes and annotations to that document, link and create a task in the “ToDo” application directly, and then go onto his next project. Nozbe allows for similar connections to Evernote and Dropbox, but the GoodReaeder enhancement would be huge! Thanks.
