I have created a number of project labels and named two of them with a * (*Life, *Work). As labels are shown in alphabetical order the * keeps these two at the top of the list (which I like).
However, if I label a project with one of these labels it is then impossible to remove the label. I would guess that the * is causing problems with the ajax request.

Hi. I’m having the same problem. Tags with ampersand, @, or colon, :, cannot be deleted.
Just to be clear.

Thanks.
Sorry Jeremy for not writing here the moment I have noticed your feedback. It has been noted and I believe our tech will be on it this week.
Hi Jeremy,
Finally fixed, should be fine already
Hey Delfina. Sorry for the late feedback. Without email notifications it’s hard to keep up on this forum… I’m sorry to say I’m still seeing the bug with colon’s.
Hopefully this screenshot shows up to make what I’m saying more clear.

Hi Jeremy,
Thx for the screens. The tech said they have solved it and it should be ok. Please do check and let me know.
Working perfectly. Thanks!
Great !!!
Hello,
just a really basic question…how do you remove a LABEL you no longer want? I can’t seem to find a way to delete a label…cna anyone send a tip on how to do this??
@Mark,
1. click on labels above project list
2. choose label you wish to get rid of
3. click on the trash can icon near “edit label”
4. click on ‘ok’ once prompted if you wish to remove it
Hope this helps
Hi all,
Hope somebody’s monitoring this thread!
@Delfina:
I’m following the directions to @Mark above showing how to remove a LABEL. However, in step 1, I don’t see “labels” anywhere on the screen. Am I overlooking it, or has that feature been taken out in a recent release?
Hello Kevin,
Please be as kind as to email me at support@nozbe.com. Possibly, include a screen shot and we’ll work on it from there. Thank you.
@delfina
Thanks, just sent.

Solved this one. I wasn’t looking in the right place! You can close this ticket.
;) thx for feedback.
Hi Robert,
I will ask the tech team to look into this matter. But yes the asteix might be causing this issue as it is used in Nozbe e.g. in emailing.
