When I used Nozbe for the first time I loved it … now I am more and more frustrated:
1.How many people asked for any kind of sorting feature . Can’t you understand that we NEED it to make our job done … EASIER… not next year but NOW.
2.When will you understand that writing asterix or anything before task that we send via email is a additional problem (especially when we use mobiles). Can’t you replace the way we add notes with tasks. It would be enough and now adding tasks via email is really FRUSTRATING.
3.Android app looks nice but it is slow …. It is the slowest application on Android I know … and because of it is totally useless.
4.I pad version costs 12 Euro … ADITIONALLY to subscription … I can afford for paying for Nozbe (nothing good is free) but additional 12 Euros for using application I already bought ? 4-6 Euro is OK but 12 ? I think something is really not fair.
5.Nozbe is an app for the people who are well organised (and should be made by well organised people) and you still cannot give use information about feautures under developmkent …
I believed in Nozbe from the first time and I still believe but you need to respond for our basic needs. Otherwise we will look for something else.Waiting for improvements…

Thanks for your reply.I understand that some things cannot be done in a bliss… but some are just more important (for everyday use)than others… why not to ask customers what should be done first (like Dropbox voting feature).I belive that Nozbe will do it and I stay with it for a long time !

I have been collecting all the features requested for years now. And on monthly basis I do re-evaluation of how often each idea is requested. Depending on that and on Michael’s decision on it’s significance changes are or are not introduced. Once that is completed I make report for Michael and the tech and we sit on planning session and plan accordingly.

1. I do understand your frustration here. Sadly not everything can be done in a bliss… not even in big corporations and we are far from that level.
2. The formatting of email has been designed to be not overly complicated and yet understood by the system. It is true however, that we are planning currently changes in that aspect of Nozbe.
3. Please note that Andriod application is in beta test phase. Per definition some issues may arise. Simple complaining that it is slow is not every helpful and it adds to your own frustration, which is not a constructive feeling. Slowness maybe caused by many things and if we do not even know what Andriod are you on we are not able to verify what is causing it for you. Please be as kind as to email us feedback on the to support@nozbe.com
4. iPad version is a totally different aspect. As it has been explained on this forum previously, there is a cost involved for some significant reasons: a) you can use it without ever connecting to online version; b) it comes with a monthly trial; c) the developer provides continuous support for it.
5. many of the features under development are described in posts by Michael on the forum. Have you read any of those? I’m sorry if that is not satisfactory for you.
If you must have it spelled in one place here it is:
1. Andriod app (2nd and 3rd beta version)
2. iNozbe.com v.2.0 to encompass current features of Nozbe on-line
3. independant desktop apps for Windows and Mac
4. Graphic redesign of Nozbe with ultimate goal of speeding it up
5. variety of other features such as costume repeats, reminders, printing options, search engine improvement to name just a few.
ps. “otherwise we will look for something else”. Of course you are free to do so.
