Hi – new Nozbe user here!
I have a virtual assistant company that I run from my home. I have a client that just started using Nozbe and has invited me to share his team task list.
Now here’s the catch. He sent the invitation to the e-mail address I use for his company – but I accepted the invitation and signed up using my own e-mail address. Is that going to be a problem?
Also, when I access his team task list, the context icons do not show up – like the one that he assigned to me – and I can’t tell what tasks are mine. When I log in under HIS username, the context icons are there. Does that have anything to do with signing up under a different e-mail address than he sent the invite to, or is it a settings issue?

Hello Susan,
The different email should not be a problem. He can simply remove the other email from his list and then add the one you have the account under.
As for the contexts I have send you an explanation over email. I hope it will help, although I do have to admit I was unsure on interpreting some of your points there.
and you should not log in under HIS username.. it is not how this works… have you read our Help Page?
