Cannot edit or remove comments of actions except the last one. Icons for “edit” and “remove” are not visible (see the images below).

I misunderstood. Comments are ordered sequential comments, not unordered notes. So these cannot be removed or edited by the nature of things.

Anyway I’d like to attach unordered notes to each action…
