The only way I’ve found to do this so far is to go into the review section, make sure that you click any of the “if you want to see more than 3 actions” buttons and then clip the entire page to Evernote. From there I can print it.

Or you can from the review section email it to yourself and then print it. It’s not perfect, but it does the job.

However, like you I would like to be able to do this.
