Would like ability to set frequency of notifications to email. eg
- as they happen (currently hourly)
- daily
- weekly
This could be divided up into sections – ie
- deliver comments straight away (for ability to reply)
- deliver created/completed actions daily/weekly etc
Using a Basecamp style checkbox with “notify users by email” when entering actions/comments is another option.
Too many emails can result from this, 20 actions completed by my team in a day means 20 emails, spread over time. I can see this turning into junk/spam & losing it’s use

I really like the Basecamp set up regarding notifications. It’s really the only thing holding me back from changing to Nozbe. The messages section would need to be the same way. In a nutshell, I need to be able to immediately notify someone of a new to-do or new message and have them respond back ASAP via email. Also, I don’t like that whomever, you invite sees all the activity regarding that project.

We had a long discussion on this matter prior to launch and have concluded to try hourly at first. If there are no bug and issued related to notification + there is a strong support for this or other set up of the frequency it certainly be considered. Currently we have your voice and a voice of another gentleman, who would prefer those to be send in every 4 hours.
