Group tasks for drag and drop

I’m pretty certain this isn’t available… I would love to be able to drag and drop multiple tasks together.
Basically this is what I want to accomplish
1. Connect two actions together so they always move together and stay next to each other but remain separate tasks
2. click and drag a whole list (or chunk of a list) into another list?

Please let me know if this is already available and if not PLEASE ADD!!!
