Labels not shared on shared projects

When working with my team we noticed that labels don’t seem to be shard within shared projects. We have multiple clients and each has multiple projects. The hope was to utilize Nozbe and use EN integration to keep us all on task and collaborate along the way. We use the labels to represent the client name, and the project name to represent the project name. This not only keeps out lists organized, it also shortens the EN tags, which have to be exact. Is there a problen with our account, or are labels not shared across team / shared projects?
