Click to send task to top of Next Actions?

I was using Internet Explorer and scrolling items around was jumpy and slow. I’ve just changed to Chrome browser and I can’t believe how fast and smooth it is. Is this normal?

When I make a new task it goes to the bottom of the project / next actions list. However when reviewing items ‘to do’ I regularly need to scroll them up to the top as they have become a priority.

Could we have a quick button to send them ‘up’ more easily?
