Once an action is completed I would like it to be archived somewhere, or atleast have that option since I include valuable info like phone numbers, email addresses, other details that I would like to be able to refer back to. This is especially true with the new COMMENTS option in the Beta Version (which I’m very glad to see). Could there be a choice to have it deleted or archived, that would be great!
