Is it possible to copy projects?

I am a production Manager I manage 20-30 projects at a time. ALL of them consist of 17 steps. So it would be nice to be able to create the project once, copy it and rename it for each project (then edit due dates). I have looked far and wide for this feature in an online format and no site seems to offer it. I was hoping someone could tell me if that was offered here?
