Drag'n'drop completed actions

Hi!

Let’s say that Action Y from Project X is converted to a sub-project of Project X.

This new Project Y may take over other actions from Project X – for example K, L, M. (Sometimes, a couple of actions in fact may spark the need to create a new project).

It is easy to move actions K,L,M from project X to project Y, but only if K,L,M are “next actions” regardless of the “star” status.

However, it is problematic to move COMPLETED actions from project X to Y!

It would be nice to have the Drag’n‘drop facility on completed actions.
