Nozbe API does not correctly handle URl encoded UTF-8 chars.

When I used Nozbe API to create a new action, with name “漢字はどうだ?” (which means ‘How about Kanji characters?’ in Japanese, by the way), as follows:

http://www.nozbe.com/api/newaction/name-%6F%22%5B%57%30%6F%30%69%30%46%30%60%3F/project_id-xxxxxxx/key-zzzzzz

It showed as an action named ‘o”[W0o0i0F0`?’. It looks like Nozbe didn’t correctly interpret URL encoded UTF-8 characters, but just treated each as a plain ASCII character. I assume you use UTF-8 encoding as your pages have utf-8 encoding meta tag.

This really annoys me, as I am importing many items from Toodledo.

Note that I have no problem with entering international characters on Nozbe site.
