Contexts panel should float/follow

When I’m looking at a longer list of tasks, and trying to drag and drop them onto contexts, I find that the contexts are up at the top of the page and scrolled off the screen while my tasks that I’m working on are lower on the list. It would be nice if the contexts panel floated along with you as you scroll, kinda like a lot of those really annoying ads do. That way, no matter where I’m scrolled on the page, I can drag and drop onto my contexts.
