Offline message while online?

I am getting a message that I am offline, but I am online. I don’t see any indicator or button to click to switch between online and offline mode. Any help would be appreciated.

Currently when I add a new project nothing happens. I have logged on and off 3 times to see if that would help. I am currently browsing the web without any issues otherwise so I know that the internet connection is not the problem.

Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided.
