Can't change project on Evernote notes

Trying to drag Evernote notes and drop them on project names or contexts, but nothing happens.

Dragging & Droppings isn’t working for these notes either.

I can see the notes alright, but the context and project area at the bottom is not like it is supposed to be.

Next to “context:” it says “add >>” – nothing happens when I click on it.

Next to “project:” is nothing. No menu list to choose a project.
