Outlook synch - support or 3rd party apps?

Hi – I posted this in the other forum and got no feedback so thinking I may posted in wrong place. Sorry for the double post.

I’ve seen some sporadic comments related to possibly synching nozbe without outlook talks and calendars, but i cannot seem to find any reference or how to. If I could this, i’d be all set and very happily sign up for a year of the paid service.
If anyone has any suggestions please let me know

p.s I am willing to pay for a 3rd party sync tool if need be.
