iPad New Action should just show the Edit Details screen

When I create a new action with the iPad app it shows me a place to enter the task and a place to select the project. To enter anything else I must click Edit Details which shows the rest of the fields in the same amount of screen space. Since I always add a context to my actions I spend a lot of extra time fiddling with the screen. Having this in just one dialog rather than two would be a big time saver.
